"But if a person finds listening to the Qur’an annoying after they have been listening to hip-hop (etc) and as soon as somebody puts the Qur’an in the car, you know what they say: Man, turn it off man, I just wanna talk, and immediately they get a little annoyed when they hear the Qur’an, that actually means that the shayateen have taken over. And they are constantly making “waswasa” to the person because what do shayateen hate the most? They hate the Qur’an, they hate the word of Allah (swt), it hurts them. When you try to give this person a reminder from Allah’s word, they get annoyed by it, like an allergic reaction. Why? Because they have let the shayateen in."

    I need to work on my stuff more… without telling other people about it. People get in my head too easily. It should be my own process. Time to make a list of goals? I think so! Except probably after I finish this spreadsheet for my research mentor…. blah.
